Top Up Your Wallet

From the wallet page, click "+ Add balance" to open the top-up page.

Steps​

  1. Enter the desired amount in Rial, or choose one of the suggested amounts.
  2. Choose a payment gateway.
  3. Click "Pay" to be redirected to the bank gateway.
  4. After a successful payment, you'll return to the console and your balance will be updated.

Minimum amount​

The minimum top-up amount is 200,000 Rial (equal to 20,000 Toman). The pay button stays disabled for smaller amounts.

You can also enter the amount using Persian digits; it's converted automatically.

Failed payment​

If the payment fails, the result page shows an error message.

Amount deducted but not credited

If the amount was deducted from your account but your wallet balance wasn't increased, don't worry — it will be automatically refunded within the next 24 hours.

If the amount hasn't been returned after 24 hours, follow up with a support ticket and include the transaction's tracking code in the ticket.

Tracking code​

The tracking code for each payment is shown in the Top-up tab of the wallet page, in the "Tracking code" column. Provide this code to support for any financial issue.
